District Attorney Investigators Serve Six Arrest Warrants During Two Day Welfare Fraud Sweep


On April 26-27, 2012, Investigators from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office conducted a warrant sweep of suspects wanted in connection with allegedly committing Welfare Fraud. During the operation, six felony arrest warrants were served. The suspects were booked into jail.

• Tammy Ainsworth, age 41, of Tulare, alleged fraud amount, $4,836
• Celeste Marquez, age 34, of Tulare, alleged fraud amount, $18,249
• Ysabel Lopez, age 27, of Lindsay, alleged fraud amount, $4,022
• Chelsea Rowland, age 23, of Visalia, alleged fraud amount, $3,742
• Monica Martinez, age 32, of Ridgecrest, alleged fraud amount, $12,356
• Susanna Diaz, age 26, of Merced, alleged fraud amount, $5,626

Investigators from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office will continue investigating all allegations of
Welfare Fraud and additional arrests are pending.
