District Attorney Investigators Serve Eight Arrest Warrants During Two-Day Welfare Fraud Sweep


On June 21-22, 2010, Investigators from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office conducted a warrant sweep of suspects wanted in connection with allegedly committing Welfare Fraud. During the operation, five felony arrest warrants were served. The suspects were booked into the Tulare County Jail:

  • Sara Caudle of Visalia, alleged fraud amount, $8,942

  • Jessica Culberson of Porterville, alleged fraud amount, $1,698

  • Regina Lemons of Visalia, alleged fraud amount, $2,901

  • Veronica Ochoa of Visalia, alleged fraud amount, $2,846

  • Kimberly Collins of Visalia, alleged fraud amount, $2,920

Additionally, three other people who were receiving benefits were arrested at their residences for outstanding felony warrants with a combined bail of $40,000. Their welfare benefits will be terminated due to their arrest.

Investigators from the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office will continue investigating all allegations of welfare fraud and additional arrests are pending.
