District Attorney Phil Cline spoke to students at the first
Safe Driving Conference held on April 30, 2010, at the
Visalia Convention Center. Sponsored by the Advanced Driving School/Advanced Career Institute, the conference seeks to teach teens the devastating consequences of impaired driving. Participation in the annual conference is part of a continuing effort by the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office to prevent alcohol and drug-related accidents and injuries.
