On March 12, 2008, jurors found Isaac Flores guilty of First Degree Murder and guilty of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The jurors also found the Defendant used a firearm in the commission of this crime. After the verdict, Defendant then admitted to the allegation that he suffered a prior prison commitment.

On November 16, 2006, Isaac Flores a.k.a. Frog, shot Stuart Torres in the city of Tulare. Stuart Torres, just before losing consciousness and subsequently dying, provided a statement that Isaac Flores shot him.

Isaac Flores faces a maximum of 51 years to life. He will be sentenced on April 16, 2008 in Department 3.

This case was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Onu Omordia and investigated by Detective Fred Ynclan of the Tulare Police Department.
