DAUGHTER BUSINESS OWNERS ARRESTED FOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION FRAUD |
|
|
Enrique and Diana Robles are co-owners of Star Bright Trucking and Enrique Robles Farms based in Exeter. Both are being charged with aiding and abetting an employee in committing workers’ compensation fraud. The employee, Adolfo Cisneros, was arrested on December 8, 2005 and pled guilty to workers’ compensation fraud. Adolfo Cisneros was released prior to sentencing and currently has an active arrest warrant after he failed to appear for sentencing in Dinuba Superior Court. Investigators from the Workers Compensation Fraud Unit of the District Attorney’s Office, served search warrants at Enrique and Diana Robles businesses and residences in December 2005 and located evidence which revealed Enrique and Diana Robles had knowledge Cisneros was receiving workers’ compensation benefits at the same time they were paying him cash for work at their ranches. Subsequently, an arrest warrant with a $5000 bail was issued by Judge Stephen Drew of Tulare County Superior Court in Dinuba for 1 felony count of workers’ compensation fraud for Enrique and Diana Robles. The investigation culminated with Enrique and Diana Robles surrendering themselves to Workers’ Compensation Fraud Investigators this afternoon. Enrique Robles was booked into Tulare County Sheriff’s Main Jail in Visalia, California and Diana Robles was booked into The Tulare County Sheriff’s Bob Wiley Detention Facility.
